By accessing or using AdsAI Pro (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

AdsAI Pro is an internal desktop application that automates the creation of Google Ads campaigns using artificial intelligence. The application analyzes website content, generates ad copy, and submits campaigns to Google Ads via the official Google Ads API.

3. Permitted Use

AdsAI Pro is intended for internal use only. You may use this application to:

• Generate Google Ads campaign content for accounts you own or are authorized to manage
• Submit campaigns to Google Ads accounts via the Google Ads API
• Manage and review pending ad requests

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use AdsAI Pro to:

• Violate any Google Ads API Terms of Service or Google Ads policies
• Submit misleading, fraudulent, or policy-violating advertisements
• Access Google Ads accounts you are not authorized to manage
• Distribute, resell, or commercialize the application without written permission
• Reverse engineer or extract proprietary components of the application

5. Google Ads API Compliance

Use of AdsAI Pro is subject to the Google Ads API Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the application complies with all applicable Google policies. AtilaTheBard is not responsible for campaign rejections, account suspensions, or policy violations caused by the content you choose to publish.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AdsAI Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or comply with all advertising policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtilaTheBard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdsAI Pro, including but not limited to advertising spend, campaign performance, or account policy violations.

8. API Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your API credentials (Google Ads Developer Token, OAuth tokens, etc.). Do not share your credentials or configuration files with unauthorized parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
