not collect, store, or sell personal data on any external server.
All credentials are stored locally on your device only. Our use of Google APIs strictly complies with the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the
Limited Use requirements.
1. About AdsAI Pro
AdsAI Pro ("Application") is a desktop application developed by AtilaTheBard for internal use. The application automates creation of Google Ads campaigns by:
- Analyzing website URLs entered by the user
- Generating ad copy (headlines, descriptions, keywords) using an AI language model
- Submitting complete campaigns to Google Ads via the official Google Ads API v21
Built with Tauri (Rust + WebView), it runs entirely on the user's local device. No backend servers are operated by AtilaTheBard.
2. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

AdsAI Pro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the
Limited Use requirements. Data from Google APIs is used only to provide features directly visible to the user.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purpose.

How Google API Data Is Used
- OAuth tokens are used only to authenticate Google Ads API requests
- No Google account data is stored on any server or shared with any third party
- Tokens are stored locally in a
.env config file on the user's own device
- Google API data is not used for any purpose unrelated to the tool's core function
3. Data We Process
API Credentials (local device only)
- Google Ads Developer Token, OAuth 2.0 Client ID/Secret, Refresh Token, Customer ID
- OpenRouter API Key
User-Generated Content (browser localStorage)
- Website URLs entered for ad generation
- Generated ad copy (headlines, descriptions, keywords)
- Campaign history and settings preferences
⚠️ No External Storage: None of the above data is transmitted to or stored on any servers operated by AtilaTheBard.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any other third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- All data resides on your local device — retained as long as the app and config files exist
- To delete: uninstall the app and delete the
.env file and browser localStorage
- To revoke Google access: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions
- AtilaTheBard cannot access or delete data stored on users' local devices
6. Security
- All network requests use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Credentials are stored in a local file, not hardcoded in the application
- OAuth 2.0 industry-standard authentication is used for all Google API access
- The application does not open inbound network ports
7. Children's Privacy
AdsAI Pro is a professional tool intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
- Access: View your data via the local
.env file and browser localStorage
- Deletion: Remove the application and its configuration files
- Revocation: Revoke Google API access at Google Account settings
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
